order
ordering from invitations & ink is simple. there are two different ways to begin!
 
• begin by shopping from each designer by clicking on the corresponding links. when doing so, you will be redirected to the designer’s website. once you have found the item(s) you wish to order, simply e-mail the item number(s) to debbie@invitationsandink.com to receive a complimentary quote.

• simply contact invitations & ink at debbie@invitationsandink.com with information regarding your event. by providing the type of event, theme and invitation design desired, you will receive a complimentary consultation e-mail containing a list of invitation images to best meet your needs. upon review and contacting invitations & ink with you final decision, a complimentary quote will be provided.

proofs
after your order has been placed, either by e-mail or by phone, you will receive a proof of your order via email or within 24-48 business hours. please check spam/junk mail folders in your email account. proofs will come from debbie@invitationsandink.com. the proof will show you the color, font and layout of your text. you will then have the opportunity to make any changes you feel are needed. invitations & ink will work with you until you are satisfied and will not print any orders until a final approval is given by you. please note: invitations & ink is not responsible for mistakes once the final proof is approved.

pricing

payment
invitations & ink issues electronic invoices via e-mail upon completion of all orders. we accept check and cash payments that must be received within 14 days of your final invoice. a 7% state sales tax is added to all orders.

shipping
invitations & ink ships all orders by either ups, fedex or the us postal service. we will ship printed orders within 4-6 business days. we do have several gift and custom lines that may require longer shipping times. ups and fedex ship only to a physical address, not to a post office box. invitations & ink only ships monday-friday and we do not ship on major holidays. we offer ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight.

approximate time frames for shipping ground from new jersey are as follows:

• east coast                      2 to 3 business days
• mid-central                     3 to 4 business days
• west coast                     5 to 6 business days

in-house printing
the majority of our printing is performed in our own studio. the process is a flat print and we print in almost any color. please note that envelope printing is separate than invitation and stationery printing. please call or email us for larger printed quantity discounts larger than 500 pieces.

album printing
invitations & ink carries the following lines of custom invitation and stationery albums: Carlson Craft, Checkerboard, NuArt, Stacy Claire Boyd and TRU. most invitations and stationery from these albums are custom printed using thermography (raised printing) on high quality and unique papers. as a courtesy, we discount these albums at 20% off the suggested retail prices. 

return address printing
all of our invitations have envelopes included in the price of the invitation. if you would like to have your return address printed on the back flap, the charge is per envelope.

envelope addressing
all of our invitations have envelopes included in the price of the invitation. for an additional fee, we offer calligraphy envelope addressing. this service completes any invitation ensemble when your envelopes are addressed with your guests’ names and addresses in the matching color and font as the invitations.
 
invitation assembly and mailing
invitations & ink offers invitation assembly and mailing for an additional fee. by offering this convenience, you can leave everything up to us to ensure your invitations look their best and arrive to your guests safely.

return policy and re-prints
all sale and clearance items are final sale. we are unable to except returned printed items. if you find there is a misprint on your product, please inform us and we will work with you to quickly correct this error. all orders will be proofread for grammar and spelling, but ultimately it is up to the customer to approve their proof. if any order contains a misprint due to our work, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
